I was really impressed with Luke’s commitment once we started training together, and this shows in the results we achieved.

Luke was a regular in the gym, completing the workouts I’d set for him.
For me, what really helped Luke was that his wife was also training with me. They were both highly motivational and supportive to each other and that helped them achieve what they did.

“Myself and my wife had 10 weeks’ worth of sessions with Neil. Initially, we said we only felt 2 or 3 sessions a week was realistic, but following Neil’s expert programme and advice, we found ourselves doing much more, as we could both see the difference it made and had much more focus on the right exercises at the gym than we had before.
Neil’s approach was enthusiastic and friendly, but also knew how and when to push us to get the maximum out of our sessions. He explained everything really clearly and went above and beyond to check in and help us.
