Lucy came to me looking to improve her physical and mental wellbeing, and boy has she done that. Lucy runs her own business, has two children but still made the effort and showed the discipline and commitment to succeed.
With a background in ballet, the physical and mental ability was there. However, following a plan and having guidance added boom.
We put together a cardio and weight training plan taking into consideration a serious back injury. Check ins twice a week also helped to create accountability which makes a huge difference.
