Lee came to me prior to getting married with the intention to lose weight before the wedding. He already ate well and exercised regularly but needed some direction and a push to get in shape.
Lee’s exercise regime before we met was mainly cardio, so his basic fitness levels were good but we needed to build a tailored training programme incorporating strength and fitness training.
With only 6 months until Lee’s wedding, after his assessments, we set ambitious targets with workouts every day and a strict diet plan. Lee’s plan had a mix of online self-guided workouts as well as online sessions with me, focusing on weight loss and muscle tone.
Lee made quick progress with his training plan, losing 10kg and 4 inches from his waist in the 6 months leading up to his wedding. I’m looking forward to working with Lee again once he returns from his honeymoon!
