After seeing his wife’s results of training with me, Ian said “I’ll have a bit of that”. ⠀
Not only has Ian leaned up, but he has noticed some significant “t-shirt gains” as he calls them. ⠀
His chest, shoulders, and arms have progressed really well since we’ve been working together. ⠀
Not only has Ian noticed physical results but also mental results. He is fitter and stronger which has meant his output, energy levels, and focus at work is at a much higher level. ⠀

“I’ve spent most of my life pretty active and reasonably fit but I’ve struggled in the last decade to maintain things and at 48, I wasn’t sure if I could get anywhere near ‘back in the day’ levels of shape and strength. Well, how wrong could I be. 9 weeks ago, following a recommendation, I met Neil; he worked out a plan for me which included nutrition, PT sessions and (doable) home workouts.
9 weeks later and I have improved beyond my expectations. In only a relatively short period of time I have stronger core strength, got leaner and my overall shape is noticeably better. Neil’s approach is calm and always positive and it’s not just the working out; Neil has this knack of giving you the techniques and confidence to take on weight and reps so you can overcome those weak moments and push on through. Another gain for me is my mental strength; I feel like I have more energy and am more productive at work and at home.”
